Free Yoga with Life Time & CFCE!

Join Life Time and the CFCE of the North Shore for FREE "Grown Up & Me" Yoga!
When: Starting April 5th, every other Friday at 11:00 AM!
Where: Lower level Nordstrom Wing of the mall. (THIS EVENT IS NOT AT LIFE TIME)
Hosts: Yoga Instructors from Life Time who specialize in children's programming and or friends from the CFCE of the North Shore
Audience: Children (recommended age between 2.5 and 5 years old) and their Grown Ups!
What: Kids will absolutely love this energetic mashup of games, music and storytelling. They'll increase balance, strength and concentration while learning poses for future yoga classes.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time. Bring a mat if you have one. (If not, the team from LIfe TIme Will have some on hand!) Weekly themes and content may change!
